One clear standard.
We judge every establishment by how successfully it delivers the experience it promises within its category, concept and price level. A hawker stall is not expected to be a fine-dining room. It is expected to be excellent at what it does.

An award you can
see, scan and trust.
The Kantan is not a participation badge. It is an annual, location-specific distinction awarded after anonymous inspections, full-bill payment and independent deliberation. Every physical sculpture carries a public record and a unique verification number.

Restaurants formally accepted into the 2027 TARAF Founding Network receive a matching stainless-steel wall plate and Kantan Bloom founding sculpture — a visible beginning to their place in TARAF’s first edition.
