Your place in the record,

If your establishment is formally accepted into the 2027 TARAF Founding Network, you will receive both objects: a personalised 20 × 20 cm stainless-steel wall plate and a Kantan Bloom founding sculpture.

Important distinctionThis package is for formally accepted founding-network establishments. It is not automatically issued for directory inclusion, a profile claim or a request for consideration. One, Two and Three Kantan remain separate annual distinctions.

The 2027 Founding Mark records participation. It is not a shortcut to a Kantan. Each later step has its own review and meaning.

The restaurant corrects facts, links and approved images.
The restaurant may ask TARAF to consider an assessment.
Independent, human-led review begins when appropriate.
The establishment enters the annual selection only after review.
One, Two or Three Kantan is earned annually and may be reassessed.
The promise to establishments
No payment
buys a distinction.
There is no paid Kantan package, sponsorship route or preferred access lane. A restaurant may claim its profile, share information and request consideration. The award decision remains independent, human and annual.

Participation is voluntary, correction is always separate from assessment, and no restaurant can buy a Kantan.
No. Profile confirmation and factual correction are free. They are separate from any commercial service and do not require payment.
No. Claiming gives your restaurant a chance to correct its public record. Assessment and recognition are independent annual decisions.
It records a restaurant’s place in the founding network. Formally accepted restaurants receive the personalised wall plate and sculpture; it is not a Kantan award.
Yes. A restaurant may confirm its information, participate in the directory and decide whether it wishes to be considered for assessment.
